1. How long before I receive my product?
Orders can be expected within 2-4 weeks. Although we strive to accomplish our promise, it may be possible that due to unforseen occurances, shipment may take a little bit longer. If this happens, our company will contact you with updated shipping information. We thank you for your patience during the order process.
2. What are your business hours?
Our business hours are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm MST, Monday thru Friday.
We accept Online and Fax orders 24 hrs a day, Monday thru Friday. Weekend and
after 3:00 pm MST orders will be processed on next business day.
We accept Phone orders 9:00 am to 4:30 pm MST, Monday thru Friday.
Our staff speaks English and Spanish fluently.
3. How do you ship your products?
Products shipped to retail customers are sent US Priority Mail and products shipped to retail stores are sent FedEx Ground. Upon shipping product to customers, our shipping department will email customers with tracking information to ensure timely arrival of products.
4. What if I'm in a rush for my order?
We can process your order for an additional $15.00 for 2 week delivery guaranteed, PLUS S&H. If you need further information on alternative shipping methods (overnight, next business day, 2 day delivery, etc), please contact our office for additional information.
5. What methods of payments do you receive?
Orders are made to customers' specifications and will require full payment of order in advance. Orders over $100 will require 50% deposit upon order and remainder balance upon completion and before shipment.
We accept cash, most major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover), Cashier's Check,and PayPal. We do not offer COD's. We do not accept personal chechks,
All sales are subject to a 8.25% sales tax for Texas.
6. What is your refund policy?
If your receive your product and are not satisfied, please contact our office within 7 business days of receipt of product for return authorization code. This must take place before sending the product back to our office. We will gladly try to replace or correct your order quickly. Products that have been made with mesurement specifications and specific alterations (initials, etc) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please ensure that your measurements are correct upon ordering products as final approval is confirmation of satisfaction.
7. What if my product arrives damaged in shipping?
We ensure that we use the best shipping method so your product arrives safely. However, we do understand that accidents happen along the way. Upon receiving damaged products, please contact our office within 3 business days for return authorization code. This must happen before sending product back to our office. We will ensure that your replacement is processed quickly.
8. What is your warranty policy?
Lonestar Outlaws is certain that you will appreciate the value of our pieces because we put exceptional time and attention to each product we sell. All of our products are life-time guaranteed.
9. What if I want a different color or custom design (i.e. initials, stones, etc) ?
The majority of all our gun holster products are either brown or black.
Custom designs (Inlay) and other products can be different color of leather. Initials/Stones are available for products that are only indicated on our Custom Design Page. Call us if you have something unique in mind to ensure that we are able to work on creating your unique product.
10. Can you make left-handed gun holsters?
Yes, ALL of our products can be adjusted for left-handed use.
11. Are your products water resistant?
Lonestar Outlaws strives to purchase the best products for our customers. We use a special leather coat in the finishing process which ensures that our products are water resistant.
13. Are you able to substitute leather products for other materials?
Yes, upon request, leather products can be substituted to suit customer's request. Please contact our office for further details of other materials we currently have available for substitution.
14. Do you do international sales?
At this time, we do not ship international. Please check our website periodically for updates. We do anticipate providing our products to international destinations soon!
